IMfaceplate and
Apsense. ApSense has been around awhile and I just didn't spend as much time there, distracted with other things, but I have gotten some excellent, long-term members to sites from there and heard good things from other people as well. So definitely check it out.
As ImFaceplate - it's just the happening place to be. People are hanging out and messaging each other all over the place. I got 5 sign-ups to various exchanges just yesterday from there and I was hardly on there at all and not that popular yet - so it's explosively powerful.
